The Full Story
About Me
I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner because I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body — and what a difference it makes to finally feel heard, supported, and guided in a way that’s actually sustainable. My approach blends functional nutrition with lifestyle practices to help clients get to the root of their symptoms, restore balance, and feel empowered in their health.
I trained through the Nutritional Therapy Association and am continually deepening my understanding of how nutrition, nervous system health, and environment shape our inner landscape. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all protocols. I work with you to understand your unique story, so that together we can build a plan that works with your real life.

My Story
Before becoming a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I was designing clothing in New York City, fresh out of art school with a BFA in Fashion Design from SCAD. From the outside, everything looked great- but inside, I was exhausted, inflamed, and deeply disconnected from myself.
The fashion industry quickly took a toll on my health. I was caught in a cycle of overworking, disordered eating, poor sleep, and constant stress. My body was screaming for help: chronic digestive issues, bloating, hormonal acne, and eventually, panic attacks.
After an intestinal infection and gallbladder issues, I finally couldn’t ignore my body any longer. I moved to Florida, gave myself time to rest, and began to reevaluate everything.
In my search to feel better, I became fascinated with holistic nutrition and functional medicine. When I discovered the Nutritional Therapy Association, something clicked. I enrolled shortly after and never looked back.

My Philosophy
I believe the body is always working in your favor — even when symptoms feel confusing or frustrating. Instead of chasing quick fixes, I help clients slow down and look at the whole picture: food, digestion, blood sugar, stress, sleep, environment, mindset.
Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t need to be perfect to feel better. I’m here to help you clear the noise, rebuild trust with your body, and take practical steps toward a more nourished life.
